This User Data Deletion Policy outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your user data from our platform, which may include data obtained through Facebook Login.   • If you wish to have your user data deleted from our platform, including data collected through Facebook Login, please follow these steps:

    • Send an email to accounts@simming.ai with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request.”

    • In the body of the email, provide your full name, email address associated with your account, and a brief explanation of your request.

  1. Data Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request and completing the verification process, we will initiate the data deletion process. Please note that some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, and legitimate business purposes, even after deletion. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the deletion process within 7 days from the date of your verified request.

  1. Communication

We will send you a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been completed. If there are any technical limitations or legal reasons preventing us from fulfilling your request, we will provide you with an explanation.

  1. Retention of Backup Copies

Please be aware that data deleted from our live systems may still exist in our backup copies for a limited period. These backups are retained for disaster recovery purposes and are automatically deleted over time.
